Block Management Online provides a service that helps build and promote your local community. This is done partly by providing a public website with a community forum or message board. The community foum provides an informal way to communicate with and get to know your neighbours and management team.

The website also acts as an instrument to publish news and important documents such as insurance documents, annual accounts, etc, that might come in handy if something goes wrong or when buying and selling properties in the block.

Here is the property register.

This is where you have at your disposal information about committee members, keyholders (owners and tenants), and important contacts such as plumbers and insurers.

You have control over who gets to edit or view this information.

In the message centre you can send and receive messages to anyone whether by email, SMS or by letter.

The advanced address book helps you select and filter recipients from the property register.
