
The website's aim is to be a useful tool giving both owners and those residents who are renting the opportunity to communicate with the board or the managing agent.
Users receive regular newsletters via email and can review any documentation that may be relevant to them (e.g Block insurance policies , annual accounts etc). Users can also log in to the website in order to access relevant documentation.
In order for users to gain access their account must first be approved by a member of the board. A request for approval is automatically sent to a board member as soon as the user registers.
